The Group Mind - Innovation, Leadership, Teambuilding Through Improv

Who We Are

The Group Mind programs help improve relationships.

Improvisational theater, business, leadership, public speaking and group facilitator experience enable The Group Mind founders, Mike Weaver and Robin Starr, to lead dynamic and inspiring workshops.

They incorporate skills and techniques of improvisational theater in their workshops. They are members of the Applied Improvisation Network—a group of business professionals and academics who use improv tools, experience, and theory for human development and training in communities and organizations.
